Circular skirt made from lightweight gabardine. The front is circular with a hole on one side to pass the leg through if desired. It fastens externally with six large buttons and internally with three smaller buttons. The back is straight, with a circular hem that follows the line of the skirt.
Made from lightweight gabardine, it requires dry cleaning to maintain its quality.
