Online Orders
Returns to the original payment method are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. A return shipping fee of $5 applies to each return request, we recommend returning all items in a single shipment rather than submitting multiple requests. To initiate, log into our website and click “Request Return.” Items may also be returned in person at our NYC or LA store locations.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only, initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and must be returned to a physical Arete location.
Please Note
Arete Studios reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements. A notification will be sent via email if a return is rejected. Sale items and pop-up items are not eligible for returns.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
I went to the store in nyc and Rebecca helped me pick out some super cute outfits. The cap is perfect for adding some whimsy to outfits I already have, 10/10 would reccomend.
