Returns to the original payment method are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. A return shipping fee of $5 applies to each return request, we recommend returning all items in a single shipment rather than submitting multiple requests. In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only, initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and must be returned to a physical Arete location.
